cramped room weak shower
The room felt cramped. Maneuvering around with luggage was a real challenge. the 'shower' was more of a dribble, barely enough water to rinse shampoo. contacting staff proved difficult. My messages went unanswered for hours, very inconvenient. plus, the extra charge for air conditioning? seriously?!?! that's just cheeky.
